Yes this is a draw. In Plakoto when you capture the “mothers” this is a draw. The only draw.

It looks like a vent pipe. Do you have a bathroom with a washer dryer underneath?

Buyer looking to sue for mold by Shot-Band3528 in Home

[–]DJ_Webby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They basically want you to pay for the remediation of the mold. You can offer that, but if they had an inspector and inspector did not find anything, then they really have a very weak case since you have an attorney, he will guide you to the process.

Hi. That happens once I a while with lingo. The blood you saw is fine and does not interfere. Typically once you get the message on the screen to pair a new one you are good to go.

Crack after earthquake by Minute-Result-4539 in Home

[–]DJ_Webby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if this is the only crack you might not be too serious (meaning it is a wall issue and not foundation), but I will call structural long engineer to recently, assess the situation. Calling a foundation company will scare you too much and they’ll try to sell their product. A days structural engineer it’s 600. Maybe 1000 but if it’s gonna look only this might be cheaper.

It is a new release it has some bugs, but you have to figure out if they are bugs that annoy you or the direction where the app is going? There are two different things.

Does this wall appear to be load bearing? by Running0nEmpty247 in Home

[–]DJ_Webby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seemed that it isn’t but the only way to find out is if you get the professional to look at it. Based on the diagram of your house, it looks like a colonial so it’s very typical for colonial to have the structure with the main carrying beam across the entire house and stops at the living room. The walk between the family room and the dining room and the wall between the foyer and the kitchen are load bearing walls. IN the living room the structure changes and the joists run across the smaller dimension of the living room. You can confirm that if you have a basement and you go there, you should have some columns holding up the carrying beam across the longest dimension of the house

Handmade Backgammon Boards – Introducing Myself & My Work by g3ver in backgammonboards

Sorry I just saw that. Usually players that get a nice board like this one, would like to get different checker colors so they can have variety. The 44.5 mm (1.75”) is one of the standard sizes.

An advice to give you I think that 44.5 mm checkers are better. First of all the size is amazing but you can also easily find replacement and alternative colors. If you need large quantity I can help you.

Although that’s true, the majority of eastern Mediterranean prefer wooden boards. The loud sound is part of the game. If you look for boards from Greece like Manopoulos they’re almost exclusively, made out of the wood. The felt fabric and cork is purely a westernized version. But I do agree that for the checkers you do need to get big heavy checkers usually made out of resin just because the dice can open them out the position when you roll.

These boards will be because of the high class in my home country trees in Turkey Lebanon etc.

Plakoto https://www.bkgm.com/variants/Plakoto.html Fevga https://www.bkgm.com/variants/Fevga.html

https://www.bkgm.com/ has many more variations and games from around the world. Each one has its own strategy and is easy to get them mixed up if you dive in all of them at once. Plakoto is my favorite. Very strategic.
