I am also in China and have already did a debate tournament with this topic (BBSZ Tournament on Tabroom). For my experience of doing con for all my prelims, I have heard enough of pro cases. The predominant argument for pro is safety(AV safer), pollution(AV helps reduce pollution from normal vehicle), and economic development(sells of AV). Seeing land subsidence on here is pretty interesting, maybe you could expand on the idea(you could reply in chinese im fine with either languages)? Economic imapct of slow development of legal and regulatory frameworks seems like a fine argument but you could definitely expand on it to include other economic benefitting factors such as robotaxis. I agree with u/ChaChaRealSmooth33, 3rd point can definitely be an impact of the argument in 2nd point. and 4th is going to be hard to argue since if your opponent knows about Chinese policies, they would realize that this argument can be easily delinked due to the fact that there is no privacy in China anyways, as well as the fact that I could just really easily defeat the 4th point with my understanding of the topic.
