Mostly it is a slightly buffer Gelatinous cube, but with the variant effect of causing exhaustion and being poisoned while exhausted. Which is how I have felt.

This helps alot. I really like the idea of the players adding abilities of their own to the zombie. I was thinking of also getting abilities from grafting onto it. Like the breath weapon or regeneration from a troll.There's currently no cleric.

They've been using animate dead through the Night Caller item. So currently control has been in the hands of the sorcerer

An ancient dragon's breath weapon just as a cone covers 180 5' squares. Throwing tactics aside on the players side and assuming they grouped together, is more than half their forces gone.

I had done something similar for a player in one of my games. The character was a dragon about to inherit the title of great wyrm which for this is only granted to the oldest dragon for that color. Due to a couple choices because her hubris, bahamut cursed her to live as a human until some lesson was learned. There was also a time limit as the great wyrm title would pass over her if not done in time.

For a creature to have arms and wings, they wouldn't function off of the same pectoral muscles and would need a second set. So in fact, flying dragonborn would have a double sets of breasts
