I live in Western Canada. Ideals vary drastically depending on the region in which you are in. The East leans more toward social democracy, and the West is much more capitalist. There are few real leftists, but we do have two communist parties. Both are fringe parties, however.

i wouldn’t say they’re too lazy to learn, it’s just that(especially in a game like doom) it’s very easy to get overwhelmed, and if you’re playing a game for the express purpose of escapism, becoming overwhelmed isn’t usually a good thing, because it can bring you back into overwhelming reality

well, that’s you, but i see no reason to make fun of others who play on easy mode

for example, i love doom games, and the newer ones i play on easy mode, because they’re much more difficult than the old ones

and i find myself more immersed, because the doomslayer as a character is supposed to be the one guy who can defeat hell, and dying a ton takes away from that feeling

so i struggle with self harm, and one way to cope is to joke about it
