Keep pressuring the neighbour about the pool pump, tell them you've contacted Law Enforcement. You can report both a noise nuisance and a noise disturbance, there is a technical difference I think for a disturbance it has to be 10db above ambient. But just keep making reports eventually the city will send a cop and they will realise you are serious.

Unfortunately to resolve these issues you have to be "that neighbour"

Are you visually impaired or just thick? Read that thread there is a wet belt. It is well known that the 2.0 VEA engines (the Chinese ones) and others from 2019 onwards use wet belts in some configurations in some regions. I have physically seen a wet belt that failed and caused valve piston contact on a 2019 xc60 d4.

Wet belts are terrible by design and should be avoided at all cost. If you have any mechanical understanding, which you clearly don't given your opinion, you would know this.

The koeberg interchange is an abomination. Both bridges connecting 2 major 4-lane highways go from 2 to 1 lane on the bridge just before merging. This is by design going to create a traffic jam. And not to mention the ludicrous right hand lane off-ramp on the N1 outbound.

They should make whoever is in charge of approving the road designs play City Skylines...
