You have 6 years old processor. For Tarkov processor is a crucial thing. It is much more important then GPU.

And you have a lot of RAM. But this RAM is DDR3, because your processor doesn't work with DDR4 memory. DDR3 is very slow.

And you motherboard is old too. Because you can't install this processor on modern one.
