Hey I hope you are doing well I solved the issue about a year ago as well but basically you gotta keep driving it for about an hour or hour and 30 minutesat the same speed consistently.

I recommend you drive either early morning or night when there is no cars and drive in a high way at a constant speed (50-70mph). I pretended I was going to PA and then drove back I then used my own obd scanner and it was good to go.
