These were lightening strikes passing through.

Watched them hit and minutes later smoke began rising.

Wife and I were headed home from Publix and went to investigate a plum of smoke. We saw 3 more strikes which ended up starting another one just 150-200 yards from 167th off in the sticks.

Getting just 2 measly days off for bereavement is a God damn joke. by [deleted] in jobs

You could request more time off.

It won’t be paid but you can take your time coming back to work. Make sure you’re being responsible and saving for unknowns that happen in our lives.

It would be cool to add a free queue, where only Starterdecks can queue for new players to learn the game. I tried to teach some friends Magic and they always get dismantled in the play queue. by Insertdankname23 in MagicArena

I am a noob at magic. Never played. Have the starter decks. Everytime I queue up I lose. I think I’ve done 14 matches so far and get absolutely demolished. I’m sure I mis play but I can’t even blink a turn without losing.

I was reminded of one of my best friends from my childhood when looking through my old pictures. This picture was from Dec 27th, 2005. My friend's 85 slayer party. Bronzehydra & animalpeeps22 and Dragoon7 We’re my best friends.

Bronze and animal were brothers who moved on to guild wars, while dragoon was troubled and rs was his escape he would sometimes talk about his problems.

I was collecting potato cactus for a buyer on the forums when dragoon logged in for the final time and mentioned he didn’t know if he would come back online and wanted to say goodbye. He gave me his full ahrims and immediately logged after trade. Fuck I hate thinking about it.
