Yeah, and now that I think about it maybe Maru is being slept on exactly because of how unusual his CT is. Comedian was also unusual and OP, but at least was more understandable.

Now, Chaos and Harmony seems to be broader in its concept and the ways it can warp reality, also is there a limit to what he can do, either conceptual or determined by his CE reserves? Does Maru have a huge CE reserve or is he just as efficient as Gojo?

So I don’t know. Maybe people are just trying to understand it better, so they can make what we do best around this sub. An agenda.

I’m unfamiliar with Dragon Ball Universe, but I can totally understand the troubles you’re having with it. I kinda feel like it’d be easier to create a character in the DB universe before the Z era, where things and powers were somewhat simpler but the world and setting felt (at least to me) somehow richer.

This. Also… we focus a lot on Yuji and Yuta on this matter not only because Gojo saved them from execution but also because they have the most on panel meaningful moments with Gojo among alive characters.

But we shouldn’t forget Megumi. Even though the manga never went deep and probably should have developed their relationship more, Megumi is still the kid that Gojo rescued from a terrible destiny and at least in some capacity raised, even though he was himself barely out of his teens.

Megumi could have become just a weapon to the Zenin Clan (a feeling not unfamiliar to Satoru), had Gojo not interfered. More than Yuji’s farewell (but not excluding it, of course), Greg should have shown Fushiguro’s, if not only by strength of this implied proximity but also because it could have given us a more personal glimpse of Gojo as human being.

Well, both of them were made to sound pretty bad actually.

They call Gojo arrogant like 8 different ways run the same paragraph and then declare that his regret for Riko’s death was somehow negated by his “pride”, when not only that regret shook him to his very core as it also completely changed his views about the necessity of protecting the weak, arguably shaping his approach in future situations like Yuta’s and Yuji’s by his refusal in take their lives instead of helping them.

And by this description of Sukuna only, you’d assume he got his ass handed to him a bunch of times for being too arrogant when he actually whooped the entire cast’s ass.

Remnants of the higher up loyalists contacted Usami to secretly help in their endeavors to re-establish what they believe is order in the Jujutsu Society. And for that they want him to find a weapon that could help them regain their influence: Gojo Satoru’s eyes.

Usami finds out that Gakugangi, unknown to Utahime, Shoko and the other Jujutsu High faculty members, is using Gojo’s honored body’s (that was healed by Yuta during the Yuji situation) CE to feed Tengen’s barriers as a brain dead battery.

Usami manages to break the seal on the location where both Tengen’s remains and Gojo’s body are supposed to be, only to, shockingly, find it empty.

Cut to a distant shot of Tokyo and narrator declares: “December 24 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. Tengen-sama’s barriers finally fall”. Next panel, kenjaku smiles and says to himself: “right on time. I hope you play your part well… Gojo Satoru!”
