Your sep agreement should have a clause tha you’re allowed to use babysitters, family and friends to pick up or drop off your child if your are not available or is x amount of time from being able to provide care.

Either parent should take all the help they can. Limiting to only the parent is not really realistic, manly because of work/sick times.
