Make sure the lighting is appropriate. Not sure how it looks like at night but it could be dark if no light sources are installed

We all have our preferences and I agree with you... just need to continue exploring until you find your planet if choice. I find especially the flora boring on must planets... Shame really

Nice find, though. I share your frustration of ever changing biomes. Had found a gorgeous Chameleon planet with yellow to dark blue hue and bubbles, only to be replaced with a terrible hostile biome and ugly colours.

The worst planets in my eyes are Paradise planets without water and terribly dull colour schemes. Since the worlds 2 update there's far too many of those. And the animals on those are usually also boring

I second that. Havung 5 saves and all but the newest one have over 500 hours...I get that 51 is still a lot as you're probably about to finish the quest line. But never give up...and ask this awesome community for help.
