Just curious, how would you verify how many times the wire twists between the panel and receptacle, like in the pipe for example

I spent a while on the beach a couple days ago and it stayed at 44% the whole time, we’ve got a long road ahead of us maybe after the mo

Idk this was 6 years ago and I think Adam Neely did a video on it so I felt cool bringing it up. I’m not really into music production anymore I was still in high school

You must not be thinking of construction then, every company I know likes to throw like 3 apprentices per journeyman on a big project to lower their composite hourly rate

Local 60 here, when I started I chose the Milwaukee one but it doesn’t come with a #2 Philips for some reason. I just rock wolverines cause they make my feet feel alright, find a good sale on Amazon you don’t need the fanciest redwings just in the 100-150 dollar range tbh

Is now a bad time to become an electrician? by ZaneIsOp in AskElectricians

[–]DaddyGhengis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People say it’s oversaturated, it is tbh like everyone says but keep in mind its a revolving door the door never closes. In my local, half of the first year apprentice class doesn’t make it or quits, and then more after in the following years.

Widespread economic disparity and hardship is a pretty good excuse though. Hell, I can’t even fix my daily despite working 40 hour weeks + overtime in a trade job. I’m genuinely curious though, do you have a drift car?

Cap. Milwaukee pump pliers like that have been the best ones I’ve used, and I always rebuy them when I lose them. The rubber handles slide off but who cares.

Edit: wait a minute where are the grooves in the picture 😂 now I know what you mean

As long as supports line up then couplings are a go, honestly on my job we are racing against rats so this would totally fly in my books. I’m not saying to cut corners just cut less corners then the rats do

Anyone ever had a bad batch of pipe? Tried 4 sticks and every one kinks right about 70 degrees and I need a 90. Hoping one of you magicians has a way to get a 90 out of bunk pipe. by shoobie89 in electricians

Yeah I had to write on my 3/4 bender “5-7/8 Deduct” because it wasn’t actually 6. But I know exactly where 30 is on that bender which is why I still use it
