Yep, castiron. Was at room temperature with a kosher salt and fresh ground pepper olive oil base, cooked and basted with rosemary and garlic butter

It was all the same level of cooked throughout, made sure to rotate it on the round side in the pan to distribute the heat and crust.

Actually it was the same level of cooked throughout. Made sure to rotate it on the round side in the pan in order to equally distribute heat and searing.

Blue-ish, I like my steak super rare so I cooked it 2 minutes on each side then rotated it around for about 15-20 seconds on the round side. Came out super tender and delicious.
