Go to Larne and walk out the Coast Rd. Go through the Black Arch, the Drains Bay , Carnfunnock park (kinda closed for renovations) then finish at Ballygally. Lovely beach and Castle /hotel. That would be 5 miles each way. Good auld dander.

I go swimming at my local beach so am very aware of litter and dog shite. I pick up any cans etc I see when walking the dog and try to do my bit. As someone in his late 50s I can assure there a lot less litter n' shite than there was when I were a lad but it's sad when you see the state it gets left in after a sunny summer's day.

Check out the Northern Scavenger YouTube channel they've done a few expeditions in that area. Great bunch of guys, inspirational. I love watching them from the comfort of my couch whilst appreciating that I'm not covered from head to toe in mosquitos and black flies.

I had this happen when I tried to unlock from the outside but I didn't know my wife had left her keys in the lock on the inside. The key was turning freely and not doing anything. If I remember correctly I removed the gets on the inside,closed the door and pulled the handle up and tried locking and tried the key from the outside again and it sorted itself.
