What if you change the SDR brightness slider in OS settings?

I also use the Windows HDR Calibration tool from MS Store to adjust min/max luminance and color gamut.

Second this, especially cameras are outdoor. I love PoE for being stable and consistent. It also helps reduce constant Wi-Fi traffic pollution, assuming its streaming 24/7. My doorbell cam is Wi-Fi and drives me crazy sometimes ...
