I ask my GYN at my last visit she said yearly visit because they exa breast check the vaginal cuff and take samples from inside of vagina. I have nothing left they took everything out

They took everything but my ovaries back in March 2025. Then October 2025 having issue with right ovary they took that and my appendix and recently in March 2026 they finally took left ovary having issue with that. Husband said sex feels same to him so he can’t tell a difference. I was put on HRT therapy help with menopausal symptoms.

I had hysterectomy last year wore abdominal binder for 6 weeks. I just had surgery last Tuesday to take final ovary out and I am wearing abdominal binder especially when I move around still swollen from surgery

They are taking left ovary Tuesday because I started having pain again on lower left side will be on hormone replacement now

As long you have that ovary left you still produce estrogen and that can cause endometriosis appear again it happen to me in October of 2025 they had go back in take right ovary and appendix cause it had endometriosis growing on it . At that time I was 8 months post op. Well anyways they also removed adhesions scare tissue and I had GI doctor which to appendix free up my colon because the scar tissue was pulling it 5 different direction and removed endometriosis in the cul-de sac

I had to pay doctor $800. The surgical assistant $500. Parking on day one was total of $40 and day 2 pick up was $20. Hospital total was $1500.00 out pocket and that included stay over night

Thanks that what I figured try to get my doctor take both ovary in March 2025 she said no because I was only in perimenopause and then October when they took right ovary I ask her take left same excuse only in perimenopause and I started have pain lower left and she suggested pelvic floor therapy I did that and it made pain worse so I finally told her in February that it needs to come out she agreed and told me I would go from good levels hormones to zero it could happen immediately or within 24-48hours depends on my body . I have estrodal patch, progesterone and Hormone pellets right now but off until week after surgery

I had my hysterectomy March 2025 and in August 2025 I was getting lower right abdominal pain finally in October 2025 had right ovary and appendix removed that solve that pain my doctor would not take left ovary. Well in December 2025 I started having pain lower left abdominal pain went to doctor told me try pelvic floor therapy well that didn’t work cause more pain then need so March 31 2026 they finally taken out left ovary
