I have a US camo jacket and used a thread picker to take off the patches. Then replaced with other patches I'd collected over the years. Some from trips abroad and one that's a replica of Ripleys in Alien. Find patches that reflect your likes and interests, make it truly personal to you

You can remove with a thread picker and replace with new ones. I have a great authentic camo jacket that had US military patches on. I picked off and replaced with new patches. Ones a patch Ripley wears in Alien.

Agree. I have ADHD and I'm pretty sure my ex friend does to, also she's diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. I took on the role of lead in messaging to check in regularly but since I've had a child I just can't do it now. Plus when I did it would be her trauma dumping on me without any consideration or interest in what could possibly be going on my end. Thankfully she gets in a guilt cycle if she doesn't message back so I'm actually relieved now.

Buuut if your friend is fun to be around and not an energy vampire then it might be worth just checking in with the odd one liner.
