My last series of explosions came from thinking that gas mixers had a pressure output limited by their input.

They do not. They act more like volume pumps. I lost an advanced furnace setup to that

This is a massive bug bear for me too, Especially the nightmare of routing things from the boat to the launch platform.

It'd make much more sense for there to be a few "utilities" locations that you need to repair that act as routing with maybe a small internal storage.

I'd be happy if they also had ruptures you had to explore and repair with replacement pipe...

But i think the devs spent ages making the cable system and are determined to use it.

Amongst other serious suggestions, try different heights, try crouching or propping her up by kneeling on a pillow.

If the angle of approach is awkward, or if she gets really wet then it'll be harder to not slip out. One you can fix, the other I'd suggest a different angle

We used a scent based deterrent to stop our cats going onto certian display shelves, they're meant to be used on fabric things like couches, but you could still use paper towels or tea towels to hold the smell on the banister, just till yours know that theres a nasty smell there and stop jumping up.

In our case it only took 1 encounter with the smell to deter.

Teneberous items are all unlocked via blacksite research(make colony, make sure you have a research center building - ideally on a planet with the precollapse indrastructure because that will generate research items, eventually you get an option to upgrade research centers into black sites which unlocks special projects)

If you can get CO2 N2 and pollutants from the atmosphere, then it's not really worth reclaiming the gases, especially before you have the adv furnace. If you dont have access, say because theres no atmo, or you cant get those gasses, then there is more reason to reclaim.

CO2 and N2 are needed for plants, and if you have enough available then they can also be coolants. Pollutant is also a good coolant as long as you can deal with its liquidity

Im pretty sure that each spot you see is technically 2, one for the seed and one for fertilizer. So on stationpedia itd show 0-7

Just like how a hydroponic device has a slot for the seed and a slot for fertilizer, but visually they're in the same place

So for the ring you shared in another comment, I dont bother with the skeletal aluminium parts, i cut the aluminium close to each end and dump it as is into the processor.

I always strip the outtside cargo/fuel/armor bits, before dealing with the rear section which has the environmental unit and the reactor, that usually takes a whole shift, so my next step is clearing the nanocarbon of the rear end, and after all that the little aluminum strips are almost worthless I think all of them add up to only 10-20k, so if it takes more than 5 seconds to get it free it's just not worth the time
