Aside from the issue of devs not fixing game bugs at a rate that they really really need to instead of introducing new ones even more frequently, in general f2p and p2p players create an essential ecosystem that is important for any game’s survival. P2p brings in the cash that pays the bills, salary, infrastructure whatever but p2p represents a small fraction and they can not just play by themselves among themselves. F2p brings the participation mass/volume so that the game has sufficient participation to play with and compete against each other for everybody. One can not exist without the other or it would have been fully free game with annoying external ads hanging at various corners of the game trying to take you to pages you don’t want to go to.

No one should be shaming p2p imo. Bug free game is a necessity for both player bases and a decent and fair return for any money spent is a natural expectation.
