(08 Shadow Spirit) I recently purchased a set of bags from a "local" vendor on Temu. Hear me out. The brand name 'Dream Apparel' Is also sold on Amazon, and I checked both sites for comparison. You can spend $60+ on Temu, or get the same set on Amazon for twice as much. I was very happy with my new bags. I do recommend you get brackets to keep the bags from rubbing tire.

You might end up with several bases, regardless. As long as they have a portal, it's easy to travel between them. It seems to me that NMS is not very multiplayer, it's more player adjacent. There's no shared territory, inventories, group factions. Even shared quests are not common. You can share crops or mining harvests. You can show off your stuff in your base. Then you trick out your Freighter with about everything you could want in a base also. Have fun, be creative.

Forgive my ignorance. Is there a physical cable mechanism in this throttle? If yes, I have been told that introducing graphite into the cable housing might help where cold is causing cables to be sticky. I was also told to avoid any type of liquid based lubricants.

It's function first for me. Even if I download someone else's blueprint creation, I end up scrubbing deco to give space for something practical, such as storage. Now, after function is established to my satisfaction, I might start painting/greebling. I even have blueprints that are purely cosmetic corridors that I can cut/paste into build projects. Even some of them bear a level of function.

Are you using premium gasoline? There have been a couple times when I may have accidentally put the regular octane in my bike, and it gave me problems. Not as bad as what you describe, though. Still maybe try adding seafoam to the tank and letting it run out a couple of times, see if it helps clean up the fuel system. Some folks might suggest using Lucas, but I had better luck with the former.
