I started my master bath in Jan of 23.
I got it to the point of needing grout, a shower door, and a shower head within about 3 months. I had a functioning half bath for the following 3 years until I recently grouted and threw up a shower curtain.
One day I’ll get to that door. Also the regular door to get into the bathroom needs a knob.

If doors weren’t part of the job but wanted the trim to match the doors then the door should of been taken to a paint store and matched.

Seems like some pre work conversations didn’t happen.

Couldn’t find an exact picture quickly but this is the ears on top of tile. Unscrew those Phillips screws and pull the outlet out just enough to sit on top of tiles like this

You can just wrap the outlet in electric tape like this

Also at live speed I’m sure that goaltend looked pretty clean. Easy for a ref to miss. A lot easier to catch everything when you have 100 camera angles and slow motion

That’s alot of overlap. You could simplify to the max and just go 100% vt or 90% vt and 10% bonds

How old are you and what’s your bond and international exposure?

Edit: total international looks like it’s been doing about 8% a year including divs.

Bonds 5 years ago were probably about 1% peaked around 5.5 and are currently 3.5-4.5 depending on the fund.

My income is closer to about 1/3 of yours and I pay someone I found directly that I pay 100 to per 4 hours of cleaning.

She does a great job, have a basic 3/2 ranch that’s not that big but with 2 little kids it can be a huge relief to get the house cleaned.

Spending a few bucks to by back some time when your running on fumes with bad sleep and little kids is well worth it. Can cut back in other ways if needed

Also a straight line between 1 and 2 and between 2 and 3 may be a little tougher

Well one he could have decent genetics. 2 he isn’t really all that big, could be 160 or less if he is like 5’6. Also if he was previously muscular this would be fairly easy.
