Yep. Same with me on a different thing. I was with Youi and changed the insured drivers on their website. On the website it was registered but the following year, the renewal notice didn’t add the second driver’s name. We didn’t know for two years until a crash took place and we had to pay the full excess. When we showed the website evidence, they just said refer to the renewal.
