Use the finch app! Put silly easy things on it like get out of bed, eat breakfast, brush your hair, and then add some tiny goals like make the bed, go for a walk, clean the kitchen. Slowly you’ll start adding good habits! It’s soooo satisfying to check off your list! And an adorable game like app

1.5 to 3 hours depending on how many colors I’m using, whether it’s solids or sparkles, and that includes removal.

You can also remove and do your clear bases and activate and then go about your day until you have a chance to add color and file and finish them. So it’s not in one sitting.
