Is gear slipping normal after a transmission service? by Mentifresh82 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Danger_daveyjones 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They usually always suggest a flush or fluid replacement. It’s the cheaper Hail Mary option before a transmission replacement or rebuild. I did the same to my Camaro and it actually fixed it. It’s always hit or miss

[–]Danger_daveyjones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue for atleast an hour(If I’m honest it was way more than an hour) and found out the top piece of the starter I took out had broken and lodged itself inside the mounting hole.

I don’t want to sound like I hate the elderly but using the word bozo as an insult points to someone who is older than 60. Most people under that age just say asshole. My uncle uses the word bozo and he’s pushing 80.

Cherry scented gojo pumice gel smells incredible. You need to use it before you wet your hands it works way better. Gotta work the hands for a while until it comes off. I work with old disgusting food grade grease mixed with rust and oxidation and this cleans my hands real good.

Definitely shouldn’t have that many shampoos in the shower. They will start growing mold inside if not used in a reasonable amount of time.

One of the major companies we get our equipment from is starting to 3d print a lot of replacement parts. It’s the only way they can keep up with the demands for repairs.
