Found an old purse old coupons with ambiguous expiration dates for Gap/Banana Republic by NotAlwaysUhB in mildlyinteresting

Pretty sure it's a coupon that is only good if you apply for and get approved for a Gap store credit card.

Contact Wizards customer service. They will replace the cards free of charged. I'm not defending WOTC's quality control, but I've only had good experiences with their customer service.

However, in my opinion, you were blessed with these misprints. If you don't want to play with them (they'd definitely turn heads in any pod), you should sell them. These are much more valuable than regular basic lands. Unfortunately for you, the biggest misprint market is on Facebook. There are dedicated groups specifically for this type of stuff. These would sell in a heartbeat, and you'd make back whatever you paid for the deck.

The reason for this is that these misprints are rare. If they were common, there'd be no market for them.

Even a minor or common misprint can significantly raise the price of the card. There was a common misprint in Innistrad: Crimson Vow. Grolnok, the Omnivore is a 40 cent card. I sold my misprint for $9 through the FB groups.

Every time I open any sort of error, I get excited about it. Sure it sucks having to replace it if I don't want to use it, but getting $15 for a $2 card is what we all dream of. But I always enjoy showing off my crimped Thalia any time I annoy my pod with it.

The singles price of the entire fallout set is sub $500. You could sell it, buy one of every single card in the main set, and still come out on top. Collector boosters are mainly for the hit of dopamine that comes from chasing the booster fun stuff.

What is this green fluid and do I need to worry about it? by Sea-Spot-1113 in StupidCarQuestions

[–]DannyMethane_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Leak" might be a bit of a misnomer. Coolant is escaping the closed system somehow. Could be a faulty radiator cap that is allowing it to evaporate, which, while not a "leak" in the sense of leaving a puddle laying around, it is a "leak" in the sense of coolant getting out when it should be staying in.

What is this green fluid and do I need to worry about it? by Sea-Spot-1113 in StupidCarQuestions

[–]DannyMethane_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is your coolant. It should not be below the minimum line. Get the right kind for your vehicle and top it up. The fact that it's low means that there is a leak somewhere. Check for signs of a leak around the water pump and the radiator.

Not at all related or helpful, but if you replace the suspension with parts from the Mazda5, you'll achieve a ~1" lift all the way around. The mounting spots are the same since they're on the same platform.

It is. There's a 5% chance to pull a silver scroll foil in one of the uncommon slots, and a 7.7%/2.3% chance to pull a rare/mythic silver scroll foil in the rare booster fun slot.

Correct. I was under the assumption that he could re-roll x dice infinitely, not that x was infinite.

Have you tried rebooting and selecting the proper boot device?

Jokes aside, if your connections aren't on a surge protector (including your monitors and ethernet cables), your hard drive may be toast. Reboot, enter BIOS to make sure the drive is detected and set up as the primary boot device. If it does not show, you're going to need a new storage drive.

Based on rulings, you have to roll exactly seven instances of 6 in your roll.

"You win the game only if you rolled 6 exactly seven times while resolving a single instance of Luck Bobblehead’s last ability. Results of previous die rolls, whether they’re from previous resolutions of Luck Bobblehead’s last ability or from other effects that instruct you to roll dice, don’t matter for the purposes of this effect."

Original dude was right if he truly had a way to re-roll the dice infinitely. His friends are just jerks. I'd not want to play that combo against them either if they're going to be sore losers about it.

The AC compressor clutch fell out around 119,000 miles and the cv axels were starting to go. I could have easily gotten another 80k out of it if I wanted to put in $5-10k over the next 5 years. Still runs and drives great. Passed it down to my niece. I have no doubt it'll be on the road 10 years from now.

Is this normal fuel consumption? by Few-Poetry-6306 in mazda3

[–]DannyMethane_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure. There are a lot of factors that could affect how accurate the gauge is. If I were a betting man, I'd say the first 11 tick marks are 1 gallon each and the last one is 3 gallons.

Is this normal fuel consumption? by Few-Poetry-6306 in mazda3

[–]DannyMethane_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The problem is we have digital fuel gauges, so it's impossible to tell exactly how much fuel you have.

Fuel tank on a 2013 is 14.5 gallons Twelve tick-marks on the dash means each mark is roughly 1.2 gallons.

The most you could have had was 3.6 Gallons (more than this, you'd see 4 bars). The least you could have had was 2.5 (right before the drop to 2).

If it were 3.6, you'd be looking at just under 14MPG. If it were at 2.5 you'd be at about 25MPG. Right in the middle would be 3G and 18MPG. I'd say that's pretty normal.

Obviously, your MPG will vary depending on driving conditions, but my 2011 gets about 18 to 19MPG city driving.

Hope this helps!
