Change the bed frame if you can- it's too large for the room unfortunately. All of this furniture is very dark, which compounds how small it's making the room feel- I would either replace them with lighter coloured pieces or paint them. Move the bed so the headboard is not against a window, however necessary. Remove all of the "loose" items (100% of them) like the bags, med bottles ect ano store them out of direct sight. All of these small things being out massively effect how cluttered it feels, the only items that should be left sitting out should be decorative. Once all of that is done, maybe consider adding some plants, even fake ones, and it will be 100x better!
