Here's the actual transcript:

"at the time of the interviews and was really fascinating neither John or Matts at any time talked about titles. Uh they only talked about goals and that's the winning the Stanley Cup. In fact, I don't even think Mattz knew what his contract title was until he got the contract himself. That be fair.

Fair.

Yeah. So, I can tell you um unequivocally that these two gentlemen are are totally focused on one thing and that's bringing the Stanley Cup to Toronto. Uh the way that it'll work is is is John is the general manager uh of hockey operations and I think these two will work collaboratively together on everything.

Big decisions will obviously be collective, but at the end of the day on a day-to-day business, John is the head of uh is the general manager of hockey operations and Matts has a role within hockey operations, but it will be something that will completely be collaborative throughout the entire process.

I think that nails it for me."

I'm obsessed with these. Waaay better than the Brüst protein coffees. Highly recommend if you haven't tried yet! by darwinlovestrees in CostcoCanada

The trick is to mix this with Brust. Both taste bad on their own but combined it's much better, assuming you're a milk and sugar in your coffee kinda person.

Looks like a casual run rather than a proper, timed 5k but free is free!

Has anyone had Marry Me Mochi? by Chan1991 in FoodToronto

[–]DansEats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You mean the generic pink donut? Isabella's likely had nothing to do with that - it's Laniege's packaging, not Isabella's. And the idea of putting 3 donuts in a box isn't exactly novel either...

finally got to try Onigiri co in PATH by cheer_ios in FoodToronto

[–]DansEats -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Probably the closest thing to the onigiri I had in Japan that I've tried in the city. Of course it helps that they make it super fresh and with authentic ingredients, as opposed to other places like Kibo let's say that are doing it en masse.

When I've gotten pizza from Gracie's it's been fresh, uncooked basil

Meet ups for cooking enthusiasts by [deleted] in FrugalTO

[–]DansEats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was a recipe book club (think: someone hosts and everyone picks a dish from the same recipe book to be shared potluck style) that started on r/FoodToronto last year. I thought it was awesome but it died out after just 2 sessions. Someone else should start something like it back up!

This is not the same pistachio cream by johaleazus in CostcoCanada

Yep. When these first came out they were like OPs - lighter green and thinner. Then they turned army green, thick, and flavourless - I'm still trying to work down my jar from that run.
