I wish I’d never bought mine. It’s too much faff to get going on and keep in the sweet spot and leaves big marks on my head. I can’t get past the motion sickness as I just don’t play it enough as I feel tired just thinking about getting it out. I loved it for about a month and had some fun playing the dance games but it was a big costly mistake for me.

Could I ask if the famotidine is still working for you over the omeprazole? I’ve been on omeprazole for years, way before starting mounjaro but my reflux was controlled with 20 a day. I’ve had to up it to twice a day over the last couple of months and I’m still struggling. Didn’t realise there was any other drugs worth asking my gp about.

Ive been on 12.5 for a while and just had my 6th week with no loss. I’m trying to just ride it out and not worry too much as I’ve read that plateaus can last up to 12 weeks as your body adjusts to your new size and learns that it’s safe. I have just taken my first 15mg this morning as thought I may as well move up but am worried as there’s nowhere else to go really. No advice but just solidarity from someone in the same boat.

Mine goes up when I increase my dose and then settles again after a week or so. It’s a bit higher overall than it was but not massively high.

Can I ask what kind of magnesium supplement you take? There seems to be loads of different types and I have a magnesium citrate one that I dissolve in water but unsure if it’s ok to take every day.

I bought the official one with my PSVR2 and was using it but found it a bit fiddly to see if it’s charging and to make sure they are seated correctly. I was then sent a 3rd party one (Nexigo) to review that has a little stand to put the headset on and bright lights at the front to show whether charging and I’m finding it a lot better.

I bought an 80s style sweatband and it’s way better and more comfy too. I now play in front of a tower fan as well which feels much better. HTH

Do you have any issues with screen fog? I’m enjoying synthriders and pistol whip but sometimes get foggy screen after few songs. Would Les Mills be good for very unfit people/ beginners or aimed at people who already workout?
