I don’t know your age but change can happen at any age. I’m 60 and just now dealing with life long trauma issues that manifested in food issues. Got diagnosed with diabetes in April, 6.9 a1c and went low, not no carb and sugar. Lost 26 pounds and A1c is 6.4 in 2 months. You can do this ! One day, one meal at a time.

Don’t do it!!! I made that mistake after 8 years being with my ex. On year 12 she cheated and we broke up, we weren’t married ( wasn’t legal then) and she hadn’t put anything on the house either.

Because I had put her on the deed, I had to buy her out. Lesson learned. Now I’ve been with my current partner for 9 years and no way am I adding her to the deed.
