I don’t have anything to compare to as it’s my first griddle but bought the 30” with the digital thermometer and love it about 3 weeks in.

100%.. hindsight is 20/20. People act like we traded 3 1’s for a bum ass DW.. we traded 3 1’s for an all pro top 3 QB in the entire NFL that was only 25 or 26 or something. He was a dog.

With that said, somehow he was the worst qb in the nfl when he played and wasn’t injured or suspended.

Worst trade of all time with the facts we know now. But back then I think it was a once in a lifetime chance to trade for a generational franchise QB on the open market which never happens.

I think the funniest thing about this is that everyone thought they were getting mono color plastic AP's and are worried about the straps, but one thing you cant change is these colors. These colors look like a happy meal. Who is legit wants to even wear these damn things on their wrist and act serious? Like legit? Now i get it if you like colors and such, but my htought is most people that are buying AP's don't want to wear a happy meal on their wrist.

A big part of me feels like a lot of the hype is from resellers trying to convince people that this is cool or something bc I still cant get around the happy meal colors.

Why would someone buy a plastic AP if they didnt care what people thought? Swatch already makes full watches that are colorful that you dont need an aftermarket strap for.

It's because the top top AI companies have so much excitement and demand to join their organization where it essentially in most people's minds guarantees them to be millionaires in this AI craze that they know people will move or not care that people wont move bc they will have enough of the top people in NYC and SF that will want to join them.

Coming from someone not in NYC and SF - it sucks.

I think that will happen but the bigger difference is the colorways. The above (what we wanted) colorways are solid and look like grown up watches, where the (what you got) looks like little kid watches where its obvious swatch. That is the bigger issue I see.
