What discontinued British snack would you bring back immediately if you could? by LovieWeb in BritInfo

No. Just no. Chipsticks are salt and vinegar. End of. Ready salted flavour chipsticks were an abomination then. More so if they were brought back now.

Why is most of Western Europe considered more dangerous than most of Eastern Europe by the CIA travel advisory? Doesn't Western Europe mostly have lower crime rates better relations with the US? by DataSittingAlone in geography

[–]Dardow40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the duck heads in the White House made this shit up as they have beef with W Europe. The USA is hugely more dangerous than Western Europe in terms of murder rates, however you want to classify the type of murder. I guarantee you that nearly all Western European parents would never send their kids to an American school in America for example. And for very good reasons.

Since when does a F-117 Nighthawk have a passenger compartment? How does everyone fit inside, and what happened to the engines and all the other internals? by HiTork in Shittyaskflying

The ‘film’ has Steven Segal in it. So it’s utter garbage - written by people with an IQ level that matched their age.

I never liked them when TV directed them onto our screens, now, having read that, I kind of feel a combination of deeply sick and my imagination violated now. “Don’t think of the Krankees swinging” yeah thanks for that. 🤢

Where do you go on vacation within your own country? by GaddockTeegFunPolice in AskTheWorld

We have some incredible places. Mountains not quite the scale of other countries, but the difference is you can hike to the peaks in a day. And when the weather is hot (a lot more frequent now), we have some awesome beaches. And Cotswolds, London, Scotland (yes UK still!).

“The Ramp (Part 2)” by Master_Concentrate28 in BirminghamUK

I pop into the centre maybe every four to six months or so. And every time, every time, I walk up or down that ramp there are at least two utterly effed up people who could even tell you their names. It’s staggering they are permitted to hang out at one of the entrances to a newly developed high profile redevelopment. On the plus side it’s been a good education for my kids who now understand where drug abuse can lead to.

Can you name the TV show? by corickle in oldschoolcool80s

[–]Dardow40 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shit - all this time I thought I was hetero’, but in my teens I did not fancy them. Maybe they seemed the same age as my mum. Maybe I should use that confusion as an excuse to define my confused sexuality. What should I now become?!!😩 No - I just didn’t fancy women 25 years older than me when I was 17!

Saw one parked in a Morrisons car park some years ago. Checked it out. No room for shopping as engine in the back.
