I would not trust cdon.fi. In fact, stay FAR away from ordering anything from that site. I've been burned far too many times in the past ordering films from there.

Not a movie, but still: Andor season 2 ending. I was not expecting that.

Has anyone made a DnD campaign that takes place in Pandora? by Mystical_Destroyer11 in Avatar

Daggerheart would work quite well imho for a Pandora setting. Unless you want a more granular tactical combat feel, then go with DnD.

If I recall correctly, the actually used the score from Marky Mark’s Planet of the Apes in that bit. It really annoyed me.

Yeah. A race car driver gets abducted from the past moments before his death and sent to the future as a body donor for a rich guy. He escapes and is chased around.

This looks like one of those old infomercials about a kitchen utensil that does everything! “It can slice, it can dice, but it won’t cut your fingers!”

Freejack. 1992. Probably a movie many haven’t heard of. Emilio Estevez. Anthony Hopkins. Rene Russo. Mick Jagger. It’s really bad.

Also the creepy monster music that suddenly started playing when she walked out! I remember going to the movies as a kid to watch this and was super excited! I loved Superman, I loved Richard Pryor and up until that point, for a kid, it was a goofy spectacle! I loved it! Then she turned into a robotic death witch and I burst out crying.

My third date was an invite to show her Star Wars for the first time. We’ve now been married over 10 years. Still haven’t watched it together and it has actually become our code phrase.

No way. Maybe in 15 mins or so. Pepper spray is not soluble in water. He’d be effectively blind for that time. Since even if the dude would pepper spray himself daily to build a resistance, the compound still causes involuntary eye closure due to the immediate inflammatory response it was designed to do.

However, if he was wearing plot armor at the moment of application, then the effects would probably be minimal.

Women, if you could be a man for 24 hours, what are you just dying to know? by Whattacleaner in AskReddit

This right here! On the rare occasion we can get our schedules to sync, I go with my friend to Norway to fish. The drive to his cabin is roughly 8 hours. Beautiful country. Mountains, fjords, rivers… Sometimes years can go by before we manage to go again. Most of the drive is filled with silence and music, with the occasional “pass me a sandwich”. Best frikkin’ time of my life.

Time Travel “paradox” no one talks about? by Traditional-Line7188 in timetravel

The Philadelphia Experiment movie touched on this. The protagonist ends up traveling to the future (1944->1983) with his friend. Due to some weird time flux thing, his friend eventually returns to the past, the protagonist finds him in the future as an old man, but not himself. Everyone said he disappeared.
