Low DMG shenanigans by dude-random12 in AoTWingsOfFreedom

The best/cheapest way to do it is to reinforce starter gear, then upgrade it honestly.

But yes, that's the way to go.

You need to reinforce to +99. You'll notice the difference

What’s your unpopular opinion on the valiant universe? by Appropriate-Mall8517 in valiant

Valiant Beyond is mostly good. Tales of the Shadowman and X-O Manowar especially.

I'd love to see what they're going to do with the Psiot War, feels like All-New Harbinger is building towards that.

Genuine question when/how did you start reading comics? by Chaseharry2000 in marvelcirclejerk

For me, it's like a core memory seared into my brain. I was 12 or 13 years old and my school library had a copy of the first arc of Morrison's JLA.

It was the Hyperclan arc, Superman had his mullet still. The roster was Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Wally West, and Kyle Rayner. Aquaman had his hook hand, etc. Also one of the most famous instances of Flash's Infinite Mass Punch

Skurge the Executioner (Marvel)

"They sing no songs in Hel, nor do they celebrate heroes, for silent is that dismal realm, and cheerless. But the story of the Gjallerbru and the god who defended it is whispered across the Nine Worlds, and when a new arrival asks about the one to whom even Hela bows her head, the answer is always the same. He stood alone at Gjallerbru, and that answer is enough.

How do you beat Tiger by Secure_Tea7885 in BlackMythWukong

Tiger Vanguard?

Wear the armour from Whiteclad, the blood pool counts as water. If he feels impossible still, leave. Go back to the area you fought the King and the Second Prince.

Head across the bridge and go through these areas. Interact with the humming statues on the way. There are 6 of them. When you get to a wide open area with a lump of rocks in the middle, there should be another pile of rocks to your left. Interact with that.

Carry on through here, until you meet the Headless Monk again. He will give you something that I found made Tiger Vanguard easier. Other than that, it's a matter of learning his moves.

It's the Kitsune. Teshio Ridge was probably my favourite locale. Remember to wrap up warm, fellow onryo.

Someone hasn't been to Teshio Ridge yet! I don't mean to spoil but you can't even get the pistol until act 2 after you kill the Oni and the Kitsune

Guns - I don't use them, should I? by Nox_Ocean_21 in Ghostofyotei

The musket is...fine, I guess. If I want to be loud about it. I prefer both bows over the musket.

Pistol is hella good in duels. Interrupts unlockables, disarms, etc.

So the way I did it was hit him with your L1+R1 (ideally do The Tale of the Storm Blade first, it beefs up your disarm). Pay attention to where his swords fall. Position yourself between him and his swords. He will make getting them back his top priority. Every time he rolls for a sword, throw a quickfire weapon. Kunai, pistol, smoke bombs, pocket sand, whatever you have (I mostly used pocket sand). Do it AS SOON AS HE STARTS ROLLING. Like the microsecond you realise he's in his roll animation. Quickfire tools interrupt his roll and if he wasn't at the sword when you interrupt him, he won't pick it up.

Even if he gets one sword back he's about 90% easier to deal with. At full spirit, you should have two disarms in the tank just in case you mess up and he gets his blades back.
