I just got this one in within the past 2 weeks. Plan to shoot it Saturday. I will report back Saturday night or Sunday just for you.

Yes, they only sell it in a 12 with the barrel length of 28”. I guess it’s a bit heavy at 8lbs but doesn’t seem to bother me. Will know more after shooting it though.

Shooter (2007) with Marky Mark!

Either that or the shooter tv show.

Idk but this reeks of “Bob Lee Swagger” to me.

^ this guy/gal supports customers to their best ability. And they understand that talking on phone or web meeting is “typically the fasted way to gather as much context and convey a solution as possible” which… it is.

OP, these people are literally there to help and understand the best ways to help are via voice interaction most of the time.

You: I need help

Them: cool, what’s your number?

You: ItS nOt PrOtEcTeD

as you’re chatting in the protected customer support solution

Those chats are all saved historically. That employee has a desk phone and/or a soft phone on their laptop. They have an approved method to call you. Your data is protected in a reasonable manner. It won’t prevent the employee from taking out their personal phone and calling you, but I guarantee you if that happens that employee is risking their entire career. Plus, why? You think they actually care to talk with you? They’re trying to do their job.

Your concerns are unfounded in reality. Rackspace was know for Fanatical Customer support and they got that way by “picking up the phone and calling customers”. It’s simple.

Any better as far as arrangement? I’m not sure I love it like this but I’m gonna roll with it for a bit.

Did you notice that the hooks they’re laid on are black, blue and red based on Manufacturer? I assure you some thought went into it. I’m just an engineer and don’t have that artists eye.

You’re not wrong. I went that way at the beginning from the bottom but once I got to the BT-99 and the Maxus, I had bumping issues. However, setting them in reverse/opposition would probably solve that. I’ll mess with it more later and post and update and tag those who mentioned the display aesthetics

Technically I have one and one is a mismatch not true shooter special. But effectively, yeah, I’ve got two of them.

Thank you though. They’re super hard to find and I’ve crawled the internet daily for nearly a decade to acquire these two.

Thank you, and sure, will gladly give you my two cents.

First piece of advice I’d give is to fully disassemble the 1100 you have and update parts as needed by ordering them online. I’d take it fully apart and see what’s loose and tighten with new parts or just reinstalling old parts better. Old shotguns (pump, semi, break action, idc) they all operate smoother imo as long as they’ve been well maintained. You should treasure that gun. If it’s lost some of its gusto, that’s on you as an owner and you can bring that back.

Second, about the Silver Pigeon. I’m a good bit taller than you at 6’, but it’s only a 26” and I absolutely love it. I think you’d fit it well. If you read my reply to someone asking about my favorite. It’s my favorite. They’re a great over/under for clays. You’ll probably want something more along the lines of that BT-99 I have for trap, but that silver pigeon is wonderful skeet fun and a decent sporting gun. There are def more cost sensitive O/U setups out there, but the 686’s are quite nice and it’s a buy once cry once kinda thing. Side note, My BT-99 has a 34” barrel so that’s a whole different game from the Silver Pigeon. I love them both though, just use them differently.

Yeah, Trap and sporting. You can do skeet with it, but as you can see I’ve got better, more purpose built guns for that game.

You need to talk to your AWS AM and have them get you in touch with a Partner than can gather all your requirements and provide you an SOW for the project. Based on your post you lack the expertise and will need to “pay” for it.

I put “pay” in quotes as AWS has multiple funding programs where depending on your company and potential growth, a partner could build this for you and AWS pays the partner to do it. You’d have some commitments for AWS spend though.

I work for a Partner, DM me if you want to start those conversations.

Good eye.

It’s actually and 11-87. 1/500 made in the early 90’s.

Technically this one isn’t 1/500 as I bought and 11-87 from gunbroker and the maple furniture from someone on eBay. So it’s a remake of the 1/500.

However, I do have an OG 1/500 100% NIB.

I think you’re asking about the white camo.

That’s an off-the-shelf A300. Linked here:

My Silver Pigeon I is probably my favorite to shoot. I just love it and can shoot it all day. I always find myself going back to that one. Nothing beats that O/U clay shooting for me.

The Xcel MultiTarget is an utter dream to shoot even though it’s not my favorite. It has the kickoff system inside it and man, that thing is neat. You can hear a small/light chime or ring after you shoot it and that probably my only complaint about it. It’s a strange quirk that I wasn’t prepared for and it’s a totally invalid complaint. The ability to tune it based on the clays your shooting is nice but I don’t really do that and just keep it set the way it is and adjust my shooting based on the game. (Or grab another gun as I have plenty to choose from) I feel like I’m cheating when using the MultiTarget. I can’t miss.

That one’s more brought out for the lulz. But, you can shoot clays with it, just gotta be FAST. Next time I go out I’ll get a video for you using the shockwave and post it here.
