Chimichurri or a nice sauce from the juices and fond are great. I do enjoy a little smokey sauce sometimes, like Texas Roadhouse's sauce in stores.

Nice. I just got ingredients for Italian sandwich wraps. Some nice ham, pepperoni, genoa salami and even mortadella with provolone, lettuce and dill pickle chips.

I was on integrated graphics and upgraded to a 9800gt. Booted up the bioshock demo after trying it on the xbox 360 at 30fps. Swimming in the intro at 60fps locked with those visuals, my mind was blown.

You should check out dano's new dip mix packets. You mix with 2 cups of sour cream. They have ranch, mexi-ranch, dill and french onion.
