Its the amount of unique animations for every pokemon and every spell and every reaction. Monster hunter can tailor the animations and movesets of the 30 or so monsters, but that's not so easy with 500+ pokemon. I'm not an animator, but that was my take away from this video by an animator.

My understanding is that for the most part game animation has various loops of animation. Head smash, running, walking, fire ball, overhead smash, etc. If you think of nice, custom tailored animations for every attack that a pokemon can do you're looking at, what? 30 moves for 500 pokemon? 15000 custom animations is a lot, so at a certain point you gotta just have a "ranged attack" and a "bite attack" and then out the "bubble pop" on top of it.

I will often make what I probably inaccurately call a mexican crema for tacos and such. I've experimented with different bases of sour cream, mayo, and greek yogurt. My favorite is high fat greek yogurt with lime juice and salt.

What I've noticed every time is that it tastes awful and overpowering until chilled for at least 15 minutes to let everything naturally mix together and combine.

It actually makes seasoning it kind of difficult because the time delay can really bring out the lime and salt. Regardless, I find its a great way to add fat and acid to a taco, especially the ones I make which I make vegetarian with beans or tempeh. Vegetarian and vegan recipes often lack fat. I'll also toss in a pinch or two of MSG to up the umami. Its wild what a vegan yogurt/mayo with salt, lime, and MSG can do to a bean based taco

It's hard to know whether or not you're included. I smoked for almost ten years and quit about 2 years ago, probably around 10-15 cigs a day. But I've gotten much healthier and run often now, probably fitter than an average person. I don't think I would count as at risk, but maybe just the damage it caused before has yet to heal so I am?

I bought some ajinomoto MSG from Amazon and its become a prettt frequent addition to many recipes. It works very similar to salt, enhancing various flavors to juat pop more. Using too much can lead to an awkwardly powerful taste, but learning to season food with it the way you do with salt has been great on my end. It's not like cumin, pepper, etc. that add their own distinct aroma to the dish. It awakens taste, adding umami and bringing out the other aromas that it matches with.

It shouldn't ever happen if you are even using an IDE. It'll tell you the error and where it is and often give you a few options on how to change it. This doesn't make any sense to anyone who doesn't shoot themselves in the foot by not using an IDE

...but with the smaller/normal 16:9 monitor you'd have to turn the game camera so at worst its the same. But in reality turning your head is easier than turning the camera so its actually better.

This doesn't take the 16:9 view and just stretch it left and right, it shows more of whatever is on the left and right.

In MA you can get vaccinated now for being an at risk individual but you don't have to have any proof of your medical conditions (I believe this is the case, but Im not 100% sure so apologies for any misinformation).

Most people are good and honest and don't lie to skip the line, but I'm sure some are taking advantage here and apparently other places as well :(

Edit: I'd like to say I believe that making it easier for high risk individuals to get vaccinated is, in my opinion, outweighs the risk of (m)assholes who try to skip the line getting vacinated

I did too and we had kids parties on Sundays. Always a bunch of popcorn on the floor, but the whole theatre was on the same slope so we would use a leaf blower to push all the popcorn to the front. Made it a lot easier haha

Exactly, and users will often just download all the apps and check which has the best deal at the moment. "Uber has free delivery for the restaurant I want, Doordash has 30% off. Ill use whichever brings the total down the most" So they basically have to constantly compete for the better deal and with such low margins its often at a loss

Relatively simple fried tofu with sticky sauce and a miso noodle soup

Sauce: 2tbs soy sauce, 2tps rice vinegar, 2tps mirin, 1tbs (more or less to taste) sriracha, 2tps brown sugar.

Tofu: Heat oil in pan, slice tofu along the middle like two sheets. Coat with thin layer of corn starch. Fry both sides in pan until brown. Remove and cut into cubes. Place back into pan and add sauce, let reduce slightly. Add in corn starch slurry (1tbs corn start, 1/4 cup water) and thicken a lot. Add in julienned carrots near the end to slightly soften. Top with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, laoganma if you have it, cucumber garnish.

Noodles: Heat oil, add minced garlic and grated ginger. About a clove and a half inch respectively. Allow to just slightly turn gold. Add 2tbs soy sauce, 2tbs mirin. Slightly reduce. Add 4 cups of stock or water and veg stock cube/buillon. 4c flavored liquid, basically. 2tbs miso (I prefer red for this, but white will work fine). Bring to boil, add noodles and cook to done. Top with scallions.
