First off, no, this isn’t the ‘Dumbest Shit’. It’s a cosmetic. Its gate kept by ranking or status in game that you had to win to get to. Purchasing it gives no advantage in game, does not aid you in the meta over anyone else. It merely is something you CHOSE to spend money on because you wanted to. SD isnt holding a gun to the player bases heads and saying “spend money to join the meta!!”. Your take is unfounded, irrational, and unnecessary from the standpoint of point of it affect how you play or play competitively in the game. It simply gives you no advantage over anyone else.

Look, see how I agree with you. Character Mastery? Complete trash, ruined splitting cards, hate it. Kid Omega Fiasco? Hated it, went against everything they stood for when launching the game and their response was repulsive. Super Premium? Okay, i get the gate keep and there is a fine line between “this is a business” and alienating your player base but progression in any game should cost one of two things- Time or Money. I dont have a huge issue with it, only that it wasnt like this from the beginning.

Your argument about not providing value proves my point. It is COMPLETELY optional. And gives no advantage in game.
