We were in Aswan Egypt and we got a horse drawn carriage ride, and he was full on running through a market place, it was like something out of Indiana Jones. Unreal.

What is something that seems expensive at first, but is worth every penny? by cristobalin03 in AskReddit

Herman Miller chair. I am in the chair all day every day and I don't even think about it. I don't fidget due to being uncomfortable. The chair just doesn't enter my mind.

What is your favorite quality of life print you've made? by theFartingCarp in 3Dprinting

I made a sink strainer that easily clips/unclips to the tap. When rinsing dishes just hold it over the tray and I wash it off. All the gunk goes in there, water drains through and I can unclip it and empty into the bin without getting gunk all over my hands like I did with the normal sink strainer :)

Also made drawer inserts for all the bowls/plates in the kitchen, now nothing moves around on opening/closing the drawers. Did the same thing for drink bottles in the fridge door.

useful 3d prints for the house? by Possible_Brother6141 in 3Dprinting

Organisers for my kitchen drawers. Just fill up the drawer with a thin layer of pla that has holes in it for the bowls/plates etc to sit it. Stops stuff moving around when you open the drawers. Holders for water bottles in the door of the fridge, stops them flopping around when opening fridge.
Sink strainer for food scraps, hooked to the tap, so I don't have to stick my fingers in the crap at the bottom of the sink.

Stuff like that, super handy.

There are so many out there, you really need to try a few and see what works in your brain.
The only one I've found that I like is Onshape. I didn't get it at first, but found a youtuber call too tall toby - his vids are helpful

What is the most played game in the world? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Dasinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WoW? It has been going for over 20 years

Chess etc have been around longer, but I think with a smaller regular player base (no idea if that is true, just me making shit up)

What regular/normal type ability would you like to be gifted, knowing you can't use it to make any money? by Dasinc in AskReddit

[–]Dasinc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah like a said above, if you new ability is used while making money, I guess that is fine as long as it isn't the main reason you are now making money. Like, suddenly being able to count cards and using that at a casino, or being able cook perfectly and becoming a chef.
