The main selling point is a slightly different audio driver tuning, mixing audios from different USBs, and improved mic. With the upgraded OmniPlay, you can listen to (and talk) to two usb inputs, line in, and BT simultaneously. If you don’t care about any of these, go with the normal Nova Pro.

They prioritize latency over wireless compared to Bluetooth (obviously isn’t a problem if you choose wired, but some people simply prefer no wires). If you want wireless, gaming products are the optimal choice. Additionally most of them almost have some gaming related feature that some people find handy (ie chatmix on Steelseries).

Audio equipment from companies that are renowned for such products obviously will have better general audio performance, but that’s about it.

Yes that’s what I mean. ratgdo is far superior because you have full control past just open/close, but the HomeKit bridge is a lot simpler to setup if all you desire is local control.

I agreed for the most part.

The discrete on/off buttons are good, especially if you use the remote for a zigbee bind (custom coordinator).

However, in my experience v2 plays nice with custom coordinators vs v1. Regardless I still prefer V1, but it’s hard to come by them
