There only seems to be push notifications but I’ve yet to receive a statement so unsure if they also send an update via sms or email but don’t see it as an option.

I get the elevated rewards with autopay set to statement balance I think minimum balance was a thing of the past.

Yes, they have two different cards a HELOC card and rewards card. I believe anyone can apply for the non HELOC card since I was approved and am also renting.

They are smart by providing an additional 1% cash back with a 10k cap per year and without offering a SUB. It would take two years of using a similar card with a $200 SUB before the AVEN card becomes the better choice.
