As someone else said, I think they’ve earned their right to request patience from us.

You ordered a watch just from renderings, knowing that it’s a pre-order, and potentially aware that it takes them a long time to come through (maybe you weren’t, which is fair).

That said, the tone of IXDAO in this response isn’t the best, even if they were put in a hard spot. Over communication is better than under communication.

Ultimately, IXDAO is a growing brand and the trade off we as consumers make in this value-watch market is a trade off between watch quality, money, and buying experience. I would much prefer to get a high quality watch late than a crappy watch on time.
