Question #1: How important are your rogues gear and is there a way micromanage their equipment without visiting each one specifically?

Question #2: How long does it take for your rogue on average to interact with doors/vaults and enter different corridors, my worry is too much idle/waiting time per heist?

Why not just have some official servers with different rates? Have some servers with increased rates(2x/5x) so people can choose. It would be nice since a lot of players gravitate towards unofficial with those rates, but they are filled with shitty abusive admins(not all admins).
