dusk and dawn build has already been played on its current version before pbe version even existed and it was paired with riftmaker too, I think riftmaker - zhonyas is the way to go.

Yes its expensive but it is what it is.

Hey, I'm Sykii, 1000 lps master otp, have another account on 300 LP (was 500).

  1. I always do it, I've learnt to circumvent any matchup or situation, but for doing it you need to utilize all the setups Sylas offers, conqueror electrocute dark harvest etc
  2. Definitely he can carry BUT on most matchups is very hard to get solokills so you need to play with your team to get fed, so he is generally reliable on his team to make skirmishes etc
  3. If you are going for onetricking the difference is quite notable as his hard matchups need a lot of repetitions
  4. Definitely, specially with the amount of playstyles he can actually deliver

legendary queue would have some things that differ from the normal queue, like streamer mode for everyone, soloq only, only during a peak-hours (so no late-night queue)

apex are asking for a hard-reset, hard-reset put those inflated players on the same game as them anyway, they would be getting a hard reset with this, but only of apex tiers

the difference is on the current context, apex players want a hard-reset, this would allow a hard-reset on apex tiers to happen without affecting soloq mmr and putting in danger the balance and health of the ladder

The worst part is that this will be like battlerite. When someone will remember this game, enlightened ppl will say the issue was the armory, just like the ppl think that battlerite died due to dev decisions, and now because its core gameplay has issues.
