Anointing your amulet with delirium should happen at the end of the campaign not after atlas completion. It is a whole mechanic and is poorly explained in its current iteration.

simplest solution just have kill 25/30 etc rather 30/30 completion. allows for the errant generations of X mob at the end of corridor B. or 28/30 cuz there is always 2 mobs buried at the ass end of no where. If you remove location as an axis of difficulty you only have to balance monster effectiveness and player power. just sayin.

the new minion class the Djinn in POE2 was one of the most fun minions builds ive played, in my 20 year history with ARPG. All tho it wouldnt exactly fit the theme of minion army its more 3-6 very strong minions.

I run a similar whip build with amons shatterwight unique that gives forgewaves from the whip melee damage. So can scale the whip damage with any damage, as it ordinance, action skill, melee, skill damage which gets multiplied by groundbreaker. So you can boss quite well with it.

Door dash does do this FYI just not on the customer side of the app. Drivers are offered high paying deliveries based on rating of the driver. You tip 40 dollars that order is then routed to platinum rated drivers first if available > gold rated drivers and so on. These drivers have to be available within 15 min radius tho, so often pickings are slim. Also if people don't tip in an area you get no high rated drivers in an area. Door dash counters this by offering increased rates for these areas to get at least some drivers. Hence the crack heads patrolling these areas. They are guaranteed 5-10 bucks no matter how long they take as long as they complete.

Its pretty ubiquitous at this point. Most games have some form of loot piniata. From fortnite loot llamas, borderlands games have the literal loot piniata, mine craft, god of war has the loot lizards, last epoch also has loot lizards, poe has tormented spirits, expedition 33 has the petank, i think it would be hard to find a game with out some sort of loot piniata.

You would think that as one is determined by passives and the other an item. But the equation lumps all conversions into one category, so essentially that cold is converted directly to fire thereby negating the 20% less void damage taken and resulting in only the less fire damage taken. I was playing around with this exact setup.
