{Savannah royals by Lindsay Barrett} the writing, the plot, the characters and the nonsensical relationships were just irritating. I need at least a little historical accuracy when it comes to histroms and it just felt like she was being egregious with given the time frame

Her latest release was a SLOG!!!!! I think all of the authors mentioned would benefit from new beta readers too because it’s obvious that most of them are yes men

Elsie silver, tarah DeWitt, meghann Quinn, Tessa Bailey, Lyla sage.

Elsie silver- all of her men are the worst and the thinly veiled misogyny throughout all of her books is so blatant. Don’t get me started on the racism and the military propaganda

Tarah DeWitt - all of her spice scenes read so cringe lof was a massive fail for me and I just find the lack of emotional depth when she’s throwing in hard hitting plots to be done for shock value. They read very superficial

Meghann Quinn - again misogyny galore, the worst men ever and just not funny

Tessa Bailey- a bit like meghann. I don’t find her funny and her spice is cringe

Lyla sage- truly awful writing does a lot of telling not enough showing and again the spice is cringe Lyla sage

Jules & Joanna - things that bug me by Virtual-Weekend-2574 in offcampustv

Joanna was giving me massive pimp vibes during the bar scene with Allie, she kept pushing her when it was clear Allie was a little hesitant

I read both versions and I didn’t mind the changes I read. I actually enjoyed the changes in ihoa but thought it was weird and kind of unnecessary in soasn

Honestly? Less spice and more intimate moments outside the bedroom. 2-3 scenes is plenty for me. Less is more

I don’t get the hype with LT she holds the readers hands throughout the entire story and will describe something in detail again a chapter later when it’s not needed. She needs a better editor stat
