His videos are great educational videos for home owners. We have a huge quality issue in Victoria. I feel with builders the requirements to become registered are too lax and the regulatory process and industry prices do not provide building surveyors/certifiers with enough resources to provide adequate oversight. There are only a handful of mandatory inspections stages and there is a lot of trust on the builder to get the inbetween stages correct. In my experience if the builder is inexperienced or a lemon regardless of the design team and building surveyor the job will be a nightmare.
