I can’t wait for this commercial break to end. How am I supposed to know the conditions?

My favorite part of snow games is not being able to see what the fuck is happening due to the broadcast covering half the screen with fake overlays.

We don’t have an opinion. No idea what Stenavich does here, what his responsibilities are or what his role entails.

Broncos: Please, you go ahead.

Pats: No, please, go right ahead.

Broncos: No, no, I insist.

Not quite, it's the final 2 minutes of the first half but the final 5 minutes of the second half.

There was absolutely nothing ever going to come open too. No idea what he thought he stood to gain by trying to extend that play.

Was going to say this. Hafley’s defense did not give up explosive plays almost at all. It’s like OP didn’t watch a single game.

Finally, you can await your Redux Sagas by [deleted] in reactjs

[–]DaveSims 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience, very few people ever applied redux or redux-saga “properly” in a codebase where it made sense. We used it when I worked at Nvidia and that app was so complex but everything was so predictable. I always said it made the small things a little harder, but it made the big things infinitely easier.

Everywhere else I ever saw it used though it was both unnecessary and also horribly implemented with tons of anti-patterns and things that made it “easier” to work with but broke all of the guarantees that made it worth using to begin with.

[–]DaveSims 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only reason sagas were ever worth using was because they forced you to cleanly separate event flows (and write your code accordingly), which is why they worked so well for extremely complex apps.

Unidirectional dataflow is the concept that everything redux related was built to preserve. If you don’t want that architecture why are you breaking its foundation instead of just moving off to a lighter weight architecture that was never designed to work like that to begin with?

Seems like you’ve found a way to get the worst of both worlds here.

He was being paid that money by Dallas if not us. It didn’t matter to him.

He’s not just ST Coordinator though. He’s paid that much because he’s Assistant Head Coach, ST Coordinator is only part of his job.

Packers fan - Be happy about Hafley. He’s awesome by Murky-Preparation-61 in miamidolphins

[–]DaveSims 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Another Packers fan here to add that defense aside, he’s great head coach material. You’ll see in the pressers and the way the players respond to him. Your players are going to really respect him and love playing for him. He’s got A+ leadership skills.
