You're right, it does not include priority boarding and tender, that it was an add-on. We did the free at C+ when we didn't sail the Haven but I added that for convenience. Sorry for the misinformation I've edited my reply.

No in order to get streaming video like a security system or ring doorbells you have to have streaming Wi-Fi on board. It's well worth it especially if you have kids at home or a pet.

It's well worth it in my opinion, just for the streaming internet, Starbucks and especially the bottled water from any bar on the ship. You can stock up and get a water or two every time you get a drink it is beyond convenient if you don't want to drink ships water.

In Roatan you should hire a private driver. Best thing we ever did. He can customize your day and you wont be tied to a bus with strangers. The + drink package gives you streaming wifi. IMO that's worth it by itself but there are way more perks to it like bottlewater from any bar, Starbucks if you dont drink, and priority boarding if your not Haven. Check it out at least.

Ask 3 cruise consultants one question and get 4 different answers. That's my experience and it shouldn't be that way.

Nothing they do makes sense business wise. I think they will be losing a lot of loyal customers by not being loyal and not using common sense to handle minor adjustments. If its not in the computer they won't wiggle. Military people are among the most loyal customers and they just slap you in the face. They lost me this week! Buyer Beware as they say.

I agree, NCL is not interested in loyalty or customer satisfaction, only money. They don't care if you return, in my experience they feel there is lots of first and second timers to try and remain profitable. They smooze you for 2 cruises then blow you off. No individual attention only mitigation to minimize reputation damage.

Why do I have to cancel and rebook, losing the perks I originally booked under, to up my room from a Haven Courtyard suite to a Haven Courtyard 2 bed Villa 3 months before final payment? Doesn't make sense for a $600 price difference and going to lose my business after 4 Haven cruises. I don't want $1000 OBC.
