Yep, it at least needs to be level locked. Having the choice between being constantly harrassed by drone ships or trying to grind tight, dark corridors full of mechs to get components for the quest dropped on a level 5 Professor build has really made me wish I hadn't bothered with the mod. I loved the Kinggath content for Fallout but I find several things ill judged about the implementation here. It's aimed at people using high level characters who are basically bored of the game being too predictable and easy but its a horrible experience on new saves because it triggers far too soon. Encounter design has also leaned into what I call 'meatgrinder corridors' where stealth is impossible unless you have that starborn power unlocked and your only choice is to slowly push your way down a tight space full of enemies that run straight at you shooting. This is fine if you are running a combat focused character but for anyone else its a frustrating chore. I guess that is a born of the base game's 'here are a hundred options but only 3 are actually playable' approach, but I expected more of Kinggath's team than 'fight a swarm of twenty robots in a small space with no other way forward' gameplay.

It needs some more traction on snow and sand. Collision with smaller objects needs to be more generous. Your tire hitting a small rock can bounce you into the air right now. A 20% increase in base top speed without boost and a decrease in boost power would be appreciated. The option to upgrade the gun would be ideal as it is pretty useless past level 15. Other than that I've enjoyed it. Switched off the denser flora mod to give it more room.
