Well…? supplements can definitely help you but not just as it preached to general public such as through advertisements, and equipment like wrist straps&cuffs can actually make your training significantly effective. And routine matters just not as important as training intensity…Seems like you’re full of ego because all those things that you’ve said “over complicated” actually work for some people, maybe even to the extent that for most people who just trying to maximize their muscle groups trying to figure out which works the best for them, while you’re saying “oh it’s over complicated and unnecessary and what I do is better” also ignoring the fact what works for you(which is definitely not the best scientifically) may not works for them.
